By creating an account, choosing the Free Plan, purchasing credits, purchasing a subscription, or using Nexus, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You confirm that you are legally allowed to enter into this agreement, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization where applicable.

Nexus provides OSINT investigation and analysis workflows, including case management, search tools, assistant features, and AI-supported investigation flows.

You are responsible for lawful and ethical use of the platform. You must not use the service for unlawful access, harassment, fraud, abuse, or any activity that violates applicable law.

Nexus offers a Free Plan. The Free Plan includes an initial allocation of OSINT credits for eligible new accounts. Free Plan users may purchase prepaid credit packs where available. Prepaid credit packs are added to the account credit balance after successful payment confirmation.

Paid subscriptions and paid credit packs are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan and billing interval selected at checkout. You can manage plan changes, billing details, and cancellation through the billing portal.

Paid subscription credit allocations are added after Stripe confirms a successful paid subscription invoice for the account. For monthly subscriptions this normally occurs monthly. For annual or other billing intervals, credits are allocated according to the paid invoice events and subscription setup for that plan; no separate manual credit refresh is guaranteed unless expressly stated for the plan.

Credits are usage units for Nexus features. Credit requirements may vary by feature, plan, data source, or investigation type. Some features may require a paid plan even when the account has remaining credits.

Credits are maintained as a single account balance. If you upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or return to the Free Plan, your remaining credit balance carries over and is not reset solely because of the plan change.

A plan change may affect future feature access, future subscription credit allocations, and applicable rollover or balance caps. Additional paid subscription credits are granted only when a successful paid subscription invoice is processed for an eligible paid plan.

Refunds, chargebacks, payment reversals, or payment disputes may result in removal or adjustment of credits related to the reversed transaction. Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges unless required by law or an approved refund policy.

Your use of Nexus is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

You are responsible for the legality of data you upload or process through the platform and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions required for your use case.

Nexus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the availability, accuracy, completeness, or freshness of third-party data.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. You remain responsible for verifying outputs and for decisions and actions taken based on platform outputs.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, unlawful use, abuse, or non-payment.

You may request account deletion through available account settings. Certain billing or legal records may be retained where required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page and may also be communicated in-product or by email where appropriate. We may require you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use Nexus or before purchasing a subscription or credit pack.
